A Chartered mechanical engineer and Fellow of the IMechE, Stephen joined Sabre Rail in 2001 and became Managing Director in 2007. He founded Sabre Rail Australia in 2015 and became Group CEO.

Adrian has worked in the Railway Industry since starting his Engineering Apprenticeship with British Rail in 1977. Adrian worked his way through various roles before entering Sales and Customer Services in 2002, obtaining a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Studies along the way.

He started his Sabre Rail journey as Sales Manager in July 2007, was promoted to Sales Director in May 2017 and is determined to continue to provide the best possible return on investment for all of our customers.

Florence has over 10 years' experience in the ferocious environment of Hotel HR having previously been HR Manager at Marriott Hotels. Having recently graduated in Law she is able to maintain our people management policies and works to develop and motivate the complete Sabre Team.

Neil joined the company way back in October 1988, as one of the company's first employees, starting his career training as a brake assembly technician.

30 years later in the position of Production Manager Neil is leading and supporting a team of workshop personnel to ensure the right quality and delivery promises are met to satisfy todays many Customers.

Rob has passed the 25 year milestone at Sabre Rail having joined as an apprentice in 1992. He leads the design engineering team managing new product introduction and obsolescence management in a dedicated, friendly and highly efficient manner for both Sabre UK and Australia.

Responsible for ensuring Sabre Rail's Integrated Business Management System remains compliant with ISO; 9001, 14001, 45001, RISAS and delivers high quality products and services from a safe & healthy workplace with due respect for the environment. Personal history of 40 years in manufacturing with knowledge and expertise gained in quality and supply chain management systems allied to a science, engineering and management background.

Emma joined Sabre Rail in 2017 to lead our Financial Development having a background in Accountancy roles. Following on from a Business Studies degree, Emma gained her CIMA qualification in 2009 and leads UK and Australia reporting.

Trevor joined Sabre in 2018 having 17 years’ experience in electronics manufacturing and Tier 1 & 2 automotive supply chain. Dedicated to creating a customer services planning team utilising vast experiences in production planning including 10 years of subcontractor management in the Far East and Eastern Europe.

James joined Sabre Rail in 2012 having read Law at University and previously working in customer facing sales roles. James understands what good customer service looks like and aims to deliver at every opportunity.

Sabre are first and foremost an engineering business, as underlined by much of our management team being time served technical engineers. Tony personifies this approach and heads up our technical services division, with a key focus on ensuring all technical queries and engineering challenges are tackled head on. With over 25 years’ service at Sabre, Tony has a wealth of industry knowledge that ensures we are always one step ahead of the competition.

Helen joined Sabre in 2018 following 13 years’ experience in purchasing and supply chain planning, beginning as an intern for Procter and Gamble before developing a broad experience across both FMCG and large project engineering manufacturing companies.
